New version 1.15 includes random number generator

The new version 1.15 of the vector class library includes a fast high quality random number generator for large applications. It can generate vectors of integer and floating point random numbers with support for multithreading. A theoretical description is provided in a separate article. See changelog.txt for other changes and improvements.
